### Archive a Record

This endpoint can be used to archive a record.

**Warning:** Archived records will no longer be monitored for risk matches (including sanctions) and will not receive future data updates provided by the individual or business.

**Important:** When a record is archived, any associated OAuth connection will be scheduled to expire in 7 days. If the record is unarchived before expiration, the connection will be restored automatically. After expiration, the subject must complete the OAuth flow again to re-establish access.

### HTTP Request

`POST https://api.parallelmarkets.com/v2/partner-records/{id}/archive`

- `{id}` - The individual or business ID in your case management account. If an [external_id](https://developer.parallelmarkets.com/docs/server/case-management-api/records/create#using-an-external-identifier) has been set, the `external_id` value can be used instead.
