ACCREDITED INVESTOR VERIFICATION LETTER

This Verification Letter confirms that the Accredited Investor had individual income in excess of $200,000, or joint annual income with a spouse in excess of $300,000, in each of the two most recent years for which tax documentation is available and has made representations to us confirming their expected income level will meet the requisite threshold in the current year and, if necessary, any intervening year.
